Bayawak or monitor lizards walk freely in the area of Underground River, Puerto Princesa.

I forgot to ask locals in the Ugong Rock, Puerto Princesa if this is a flower or fruit. haha..

What I like about Palawan is their unique mountain range.

This wood worm also called as Tamilok by the locals of Puerto Princesa Palawan is actually a mollusk. They called it as wood worm because of its shape and harvested in rotting mangroves. This edible wood worm is served uncooked marinated in vinegar with chopped onions and garlic in a few minutes. Locals sell this P100 per serving at the Sabang beach. I ate one piece and the taste was like of an oyster.

Only 10 persons including the boat man are allowed to ride. The boat man only use paddle for the whole tour which lasted about 30-45 mins. And the only source of light is the battery operated lamp which handed by the person in front.
